Phantom Install Issue
Every time I try to open MSWord or MSExcel, or any other MSOffice file/app there is an application that I have deleted that tries to install. AFter I cancel the instal multiple times then I can work with the file I am trying to install. I am assuming it is related to a Registry issue. Any ideas?

Can you talk about it in detail? I do not understand your specific computer error mean. But I can recommend you a software about system first, Spam Optimizer may help you solve this question.
