Default Win2003 Server Settings - HTML Forums

I just moved my web files to a new server and I am having difficulty accessing some of them with fso. I think my permissions are ok for the guest user. I already found that win03 server has a 200kb file upload limit which I changed. Is there another setting that might be getting in the way of fso access?

Ok here is where I am at now:

Does the IUSR have to be machine-specific or domain-specific.

For instance, my old server (h51s-srvr2) had the following Internet Guest Account(h51s-srvr2\iusr_hangar51-ysnth4h). The folders that I need t0 create/delete folders/files are set to read/write. I assume this is correct since it works.

My new server (h51s-srvr3) does not have a similar IUSR account and I am having trouble creating one. What it has is Internet Guest Account(h51software\iusr_h51s-srvr1). Note that h51s-srvr1 is my domain controller and H51 Software is my domain name.

I could sure use some help getting this straightened out!
