hi,

what's the best cms, wordpress or Jomla ?

I really like the backup plugins in Joomla, I dunno if it exists something similar in wordpress.

The wordpress backend seems to be more professional...

Depends what you're using it for. If you just need a blog - wordpress is the way to go, that's what is was designed for. If you need a bunch more stuff, like e-commerce stores, custom extensions, etc, then joomla is your better option.

More in particular I would like to have an extension loading images from a folder and automatically adding them in an article ?

At this point I would almost recommend WP or Joomla. More and more, WP is becoming more of a complete CMS as it grows up from its simple blog beginnings.

Depends on your requirements and what you want to implement.
Well you get very good free themes and templates on wordpress.
I always prefer wordpress to you.
