Hard to say on inspection - there's nothing I can see that matches it to any I've used - and a lot of what the site does can be done in any of the top-end CMS/frameworks

Does it mean that this is a custom made CMS?

But based on what I have seen on this site its is really difficult for a custom made CMS, given its features:

1) the Captcha on the registration page - I like it.
2) registered member has their own URL similar to blogspot.com
3) once you are inside - member Dashboard / cPanel - once you upload an image, it will be hosted on Imageshack, how did they do that?

It might not be a custom made CMS - but I just don't see any indicators that identify the particular CMS used.

1) Captcha is pretty universal - it is core to quite a few CMS, and is a plugin for most of the others.

2) This is easily done as part of the registration process and is not specific to any single CMS

3) ImageShack probably have an API that the CMS is hooking into for uploaded images - again, not really a specific CMS thing, and I image most of them have a module/plugin to do this
