Hello all!

Now i will admit i know many things, but server stuff i do not

No languages and only a general understanding of how they work. I like to design websites, not too much scripting (i am trying to learn CSS because that will really help me out). To the point...

I am now working on a project that i need a good login script for. It will allow a select few (about 10 i estimate) to log in to a website which will contain many tools for them to help go about their activities.

If someone could make a recommendation as to where i can get a prebuilt one and how to get it installed and such. Thanks so much!

These login scripts can be as customized as you want, so you may not actually find one that is specifically what you want ... or maybe you will.

I've written an admin script before, one that uses cookies to remember users, it's not the most secure as my example doesn't use encryption, but that isn't difficult to add.

So how do we put this into a website :S?

That's mysql. If you have phpmyadmin, you can paste it into the query box in there.

Just thought I'd try to save anyone who's a dense as me some time. I've tried to follow Joes tutorial, and some similar ones, but I dont really get it so much. In the end I found a great website that has a login script they sell. It was much easier.
