Dear All,

I need help with a theoretical problem. Suppose that I run some company, and that I need to create some web crawling bot that goes on the web and looks for forums, blogs etc. where something was posted on my company, in order to read that comment and even reply.

How is it done? Do "ready" solutions exist? Do I have to program some custom engine?

I think there is a company that does this but it asks for a huge amount of money. Usually the big Hollywood big shots use their services and believe me they ask an amount of money that goes through the roof.

What I recommend instead is to do it yourself or hire someone to do it for less.
