I'm looking for a calendar application that has the ability for an admin to post an event on the Calendar. Then other "Authorized Users" have the ability to view the calendar and also click on the event to view the details. When in the details section they have an option to send an email regarding the event to the admin stating they can make it for that specific date. I'm not sure if that makes sense but I need something that can do that and have the ability to archive everything.

If there is a better way to have a system that is similar to this flow but it wouldn't need to use the calendar. I am open to anything that is similar or ideas.
