Hi, I'd like to say thanks for any help in advance.

I was wondering, as a web designer, if there are any simple CMS's. I generally just update the sites for my clients, but like the idea of them being able to do this alone.

The only problem is that I (being quite computer literate) am so confused by the ones I have tested.

In a CMS I am looking for the ability to:

Let the end user log in,
Let them just click a page and edit text and images in a WYSIWYG editor,
Not always have to use templates.


Now I'm sure that after a little while I would be able to pick it up just fine, but I'm not so sure about the clients.

So I guess my question is:

Are there any really simple CMS's (preferably open source) out there?

Bearing in mind that Joomla and Drupal are in my opinion still not quite as easy.

Just to add to my own post.

Has anyone seen Cushy cms?

Thats basically what I am looking for, but without having to send details over http.

So a download and install version would be perfect.

Anyone unfamiliar with cushy cms, it basically just allows you to place tags in your code, then edit that area the same way you do in CSS classes.
