The lay out is different but very good If I have to be the one to say something I didn't like I would have to say the background color "I think dark gray is not the best choice" of course that's just my taste.

site looks good. the right side rounded blocks could be of different color combinations also.

I will say, that when opening your site, i have no clue what it is for. Are you offering freelance services? Linking people up with offers to work freelance? Is this just a search engine for jobs? It is really sketchy...
