Site looks really nice on the home page...On some of the inner pages, there is a different template being used. This may be something that you are working on now. If not, you may want to give it some thought. Anytime that you have that much of a difference in pages, it can cause people to think they have been redirected to another site.

I agree with what trouble706 said about the templates changing between pages. If you had to choose between templates, I would definitely go for the one that is on the home page. The one on the other pages makes me think of some kind of parked domain advertisement.

I think you can improve upon the home page design. For example it may look better if you make the middle content extend to the same width as the header. Keep a uniform width across the whole site, or fill in the gap with some kind of graphic.
