Review /Ideas for my auction site - HTML Forums

hey guys and gals a while since i posted here as i tried to get out of the design loop and just do the backend stuff.. but here im am again lured into the realms of design.

So basiaclly i got this free script (Webid) and started my auction site :

I know the design is very cheap and messy and the whole site sieems a bit cluttered but i cant quiet figure out where to go with it.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

The design is not good, it's not professional and Font is weak. You need a Web Site Review Procedure. It evaluates web sites, especially corporate web sites. They can also be used to review websites and collect competitive intelligence.

hmm i don't like the header image, and maybe the search bar should be bigger and have a more artistic look to it.

Personally, I find the layout fine. I would suggest filling the center column with more pics.
I really don't know what more you could do layout wise. It is symmetrical except the center column and has good lines. The navigation is ok. I for one like the header.
