Nice, simple, straightforward, I like it. I also like the use of AJAX to cycle through sub-content in the main pages. There are only two problems that I could find: - Some of the page titles have typos, ex: "CoreServices" should be "Core Services". For Google's sake, you should probably insert a space.
- I'm really not a fan of the header graphic. The logo is very low resolution, and the text is barely legible - the company branding suffers because the logo really doesn't provide a good image for the company. The 5 block images of conference rooms, laptops, etc. Are also look a bit dated, especially compared to the modern design of the rest of the site. Perhaps it would be better to have one large horizontal image that conveys the same message.

Looks okay. The banner doesn't quite give off a professional image. And, I suggest you add some padding to the outside of the layout; white space is your friend.

It is a simple and straightforward site. The only thing that you should think about it and fix it is the logo. It has a very low resolution, and the text is barely clear and readable.

The layout of the site does look very professional and clean, only one comment: Your Baryon logo on the top right hand corner could look cleaner.

Oh and I've always been a fan of being able to click on logo on the top right corner to be taken to home page, I know the home button is there but that's just something I personally like.

It is very well-written in content and polished in appearance. One line seemed like a typical ad to me, though; what are "person-years"?
