Looks good to me. The lines are clean and there's no extra junk to fill up the whitespace unnecessarily. Good job!

The only minor issue I have is with the menu, and it's more a personal thing than a specific coding problem. I think the menu items should be centered in their respective boxes, but as I said, it's more me than anything else. Have it left-aligned works, too.

Oh, and the pages seem to take a fair time to load, especially the header image. Can you scale that down, make the filesize a bit smaller?

Hi there.
I like the site, it's pretty clean and easy to navigate. There are a couple improvements I would make though:

1. Don't have all of your text be in bold. It's hard on the eye and most people will not bother to read it that way. Instead, unbold everything and then choose specific words or phrases that are important to the paragraph. This way, even if your visitors don't read the whole thing, they will at least scan the bolded parts.

2. About the top banner, I would either scrap the animation completely (it really detracts from the content of your site, which is most important) or simplify it WAY down so that it's just the spinning globe or something.

3. You could stand to make the page a bit wider. Right now, it's only about 700 pixels wide. Go ahead and jack that up to 900 or so. Most people have resolutions widths of over 1000 these days anyway.

Over all, pretty good design. Good luck!

I agree with the person above may be think about not bolding all your text, it makes it harder to read.

Also I think it may look a little better with a bit more colour and images to split up the content a bit more.
