Hi there,

I'm going to preface this by saying that I am very against using flash as a platform to build an entire website. But that's an opinion, not a note.

The design is really cool. But, there needs to be some sort of text or pop-up telling the user what each "eye" graphic goes to which page. Without that, you've got a bad case of mystery meat navigation, meaning the user is made to click on something without first knowing what page they're going to. It's a common mistake on sites like these, and correcting it will do wonders for usability and for getting your users to stay on the site longer.
The same sort of concept is truce once you get onto one of the content pages. It took me a little while to figure out that I had to click the eyeball again to get back to the main page.

Ok, i'm not meaning to sound like an ass, but your other thread is exactly the same link and the same website i looked at yesterday, now my opinions;

Good;
- Nice template, looks very unique to the standard webpages
- Lot of content

Bad;
- Background music for me, and dialup/slow internet connections is bad, some people wont even hear it if they have their speakers off.
- No navigation
- Content pages/main menu have 0 in common
- Too long to load

How to improve;
- Make the content/menu similar, users don't like a distinct change of background/layout, as they have to refind everything
- Get rid of the flash, yeah it looks nice and all but i read somewhere the first 10 seconds of a user looking at your site is the most important, if it tales 10 seconds to actually load they are going to visit another site.

A good benchmark, although may look simple is an example of good web design - Google.com, apart from the tremendous searching features theres a reason people use it as opposed to the other bloated search engines, it's simple, it's easy to navigate and it loads very fast.

edit; seems you've copied some of your information from www.talktofrank.com unless they allow you to use their information, i didn;t see a link back or a reference to the site you/somebody else took it from, nor do i know TTF's policy on letting other people use their content.

Just saw another page with this SAME template.
Don't use flash.
You know, macromedia made flash and, look at their website http://macromedia.com are they using flash? No.
Flash is good for widgets and tools on website BUT at the web designing, it falls.
