I go to find a gaming site and the only thing that gets right in my face is an ad that takes me to another site. Not quite the best way to market your site. Make that ad considerably smaller (at least by half if not more) and move it off to one side. Then add an image that covers *your* information without the visitor having to go looking for it. You're a gaming site. Get into our faces the same way the game does.
