Hi all, Please review my new website.

It offers a live realtime support chat system for webmasters.
You can have one of those "click here to chat to us" buttons.

It has lots of features but i could do with some feedback on the system.

- SMS alerts
- FREE Offline messaging
- FREE Ticket support system ( for your site )
- FREE Realtime visitor tracking etc etc.
- Live Operator , Realtime chat.

I know you have an about us page but I think it would be good to have a welcome paragraph or two on home to explain all of the features of your site. The visual presentation as it is seems overwhelming to me.

Ive changed a fair bit now,
Just looking for input.
Ive also added a features list to the right..
Any thoughts on this?

I thougth it would be eye catching to have a red X as one of the features, But the desicription is a joking double negative that should help relax the webuser with the site..

any thoughts?

Ive also added a background to teh page itself, ( So it doesnt look so neatly stuck in the middle of the screen )

Sorry Lynxus, you have added to the chaotic look of your page. There is no flow to the information. You need to simplify. Sometimes less is more. You have boxes and blurbs and arrows everywhere so a person doesn't know where to look first. Take all the info. and write an introduction. Tell us how the system works.
I hope to see what you do next. Good luck.
