Comp 5: Graphic Design : Tshirts
Attention all coders and creatives, the 5th HTMLforums design contest is now upon us!
HTMLforums T-shirt Design
Now is your opportunity to design the shirts on our backs!
How it’s going to work (rules and what not)
1. All entries must be submitted in .jpg or .png format at 300dpi for printing purposes. The design needs to be a one-side design only (only front or back of shirt, not both).
2. Designs should be made with a white or light colored t-shirt in mind, but colors used in the design is unlimited.
3. The contest will begin 12:00pm Eastern US time on Saturday, September 10, 2005 and ends 12:00am Eastern US time on Sunday, September 25, 2005.
4. Each participant may submit 2 entries.
5. Jason will decide the contest winner, who will receive a t-shirt with the winning design on it.
6. Participants may incorporate the HTMLforums Edison logo in their designs in a tasteful, non-defamatory manner.
7. All entries must be family friendly with no vulgarity or otherwise inappropriate matter.
8. All entries submitted become the property of HTMLforums to use, distribute, and duplicate at our discretion.
We’re really looking forward to what you guys come up with!

when I get home tomorrow, I will post a helpful t shirt template I have and we need to get the edison logo attached here so people can use it if they want to.

ooo, yeah...well you can post a smaller size, lower qualiy one to get an idea of the shirt for judging purposes, and then maybe we can email the files to peg and/or jason eventually.

Anything that promotes the HTMLforums, Mrgerbick.
This is the only copy of the logo that I have. You're welcome to remove the words from around the logo, but that's it. "Edison" as he stands, must stay.

Looking at Mr. Edison closely in photoshop I've just noticed the word HTML inside the bulb  Never noticed that before.
Peg, I know the goes against the rules for submission. But as mentioned about uploading hi-res images I'm uploading mine as a .GIF (optimised of course, but it doesn't show).
Here's my first entry ... not the best but I thought I would start the ball rolling ... |

The only thing about your logo is, if this is the only coopy you have there is no way to make a high-res file for print....it is way too small.
