Just curious...I'm more on the SEO side of things but how do you create a banner? Is it done w/ Photoshop?

It depends on the type of banner you want done. Static ones can be done up in Photoshop or Gimp, and animated ones can be .swf or .gif animations, usually Flash and/or Fireworks or something similar.

Jenie0109 has a little shameless behaviour in the past
hello there., most of the time., i use photoshop in creating my
graphics. I usually save it on gif. A little animation works as well.
