the previous reply was in responce to the spam cheese cake recipe again! anyhow not to mimic or mirror the other spam thread that was soo great, here is a new recipe!...

SMOKED SPAM!

4 cans: spam kneeded into one large brisket shaped blob
2 bottles: carl lewis's smoke in a bottle
48oz bottle: of white cooking wine
3ft:aluminum foil
1 Jim Dandy Portable Smoker

1.)in a 2in deep cooking pan baste spam with liquid smoke, cover with aluminum foil and leave in the fridge over night.
2.)using the same aluminum foil the next morning cover 75% of grill in smoker where the spam will sit.
3.)realize what you are about to try and dig a 3ft deep hole in back yard.
4.)place spam in hole and cover
5.)think about what you were about to do then get some REAL BRISKET!

One Cup Tang

Cook one box of Macaroni and Cheese (not the box... just the Macaroni and Cheese) following complicated package directions slavishly. Toss with one can julienned SPAM. Fold in one cup Tang. Enjoy!
