I have an ISDN internet connection, with two routers. both are made by a no longer existant company called ramp networks or something. anyway, one of them isnt working so I am trying to fix it. on one of the configuration pages it asks me for "ISP Phone Number:" what do I put for this? is it just the telephone number for contacting my ISP? heres my ISP's website http://www.mcn.org/ . heres a pic fo the config page if that helps:
i remember i saw this one time before , this ISP number may refer to your ISP phone witch will let u connected to the internet using WAN access (Wide area network) not (Wireless) , for more information about that you can contact your ISP and ask him about that
ISDN... that still connects over a phoneline... so I think you still need a number to connect with through the exchange... it might be always on and faster than dialup, but connecting through a phone number all the same.
