I'm sorry that doesnt make the server less secure, it merely doesn't require you to set a password and removes the complexity requirements on passwords.
How exactley is that a major problem?

The ability to by pass patch guard or the ability to overide the windows authentication system would be a critical flaw, not being forced to set a password really isnt a flaw, and as the comments say longhorn is 11 months away from release, there is a fair chance they will change it!.
