As many of heard about the Doomsday December 21, 2012 the End of World

hey - you know what? I have a calendar right here on my desk... its stops on the 31st December of 2009 - OMG, the world is going to end!!!

Puh-leez... the fact that some ancient Mayan (?) calendar 'runs out' has been pretty well demolished by rational thinkers - they just reset the numbers to start a new cycle.

I have managed to live through a bunch of these end of the world predictions, even the laughs that were had when August 29th 1997 came along. haha No, in all seriousness, there are many predictions. At the end of all of this, it signifies that the Mayan's were extremely good at predicting when certain astrological events would take place, as it happens, their calendar ends when the next planetary alignment occurs, thus signaling a new era in a sense. The Mayans never prophesied the end of the world, just the start of a new cycle.

Another prediction to note is that of Sir Isaac Netwon who predicted that in 2060 we will see the coming of the last Antichrist, and the second coming of Christ which will be signaled by the rebuilding of Solomon's temple. And when that day comes along, people will be just as crazy as they are about 2012.
