Twitter Widget
I really hope that you can help me adding a Twitter sidebar like it is included on the sidebar of this website. This one should show my latest tweets published on Twitter. How to get this working? Is there any plugin I can easily install and use in a smart way?

The Twitter widget is available from the Twitter website, you can customise the look of the widget and it'll automatically generate the necessary code for you to insert into your website.
