TextBasd mafia game

Hello me and my friend are going to make a text based mafia game, but since we have no experience with html, php and other programming languages we need alot of help.
We have the design but we need someone to do the stuff that makes it work (Sorry our english we are from norway).
Can you help us if u help us you will get to own the game with us.
Hope someone can help
