Hello people, I'm looking for good, but freeware, Site Statistics software...
Can anyone recommend to me good one?

Thanks Pegasus... but I'm just using Statcounter.com services. Unfortunately it is a bit limited, as they mostly are. Its free service, after all...
I thought freeware software, a software to install on my pc, not online service.

Ya, I did. But, I didn't install it myself. I use it at the control panel from my web hosting provider.

snooper: also, Webalizer is another popular stats package for web servers, but like awstats, it has to be installed by an admin.

if that's not quite what you're looking for, have you considered google's Webmaster Tools and Analytics? they are quite nice ... especially for free.
