download troubles
didnt no where to post this and i couldnt be bothered signing up to a diff forum but...
everything i download to my computer such as installers like firefox google chrome itunes.. nothing installs or doesnt install properly does anyone no what my problem could be, hardware? software?

I don't know if it's hardware or software that's your problem, so I moved the thread over to Hardware/Software Info for you.

Do you have antivirus software or malware software turned on? You may have to turn those programmes off first before you can install anything new.

at the moment i only have symantec antivirus. ill try turning it off and see what happens.
