people copying the pay pal website sending out emails to thousands
saying your pay pal account as been limited click here to sign in
and it asks you for all your information about the pay pal account

how to find if its a scam
enter the wrong password if its the really pay pal it wont let you log in if its fake you'll login

plus the URL is all wrong

if you login with the right password go back and try a the wrong password

if you can login with wrong password delete the email

i got the email but i got 2 pay pal accounts with different passwords i entered the wrong password for the wrong email address

Just send those emails to phishing@paypal.com That's what I did and I let PayPal handle the tough stuff. Actually, all you have to do is hover over the link and see what comes up in the status bar on the bottom of your page. If it's not paypal.com, it's a phishing expedition. If you click on the link, they'll know that you have a Paypal account.

spam@paypal.com or spam@paypal.co.uk are also used by paypal to receive spam reports - just foward the email.

Paypal will seek to prosecute and shutdown all of these spammers and phishers (I got involved in a case last year where someone was trying to nick a console that I had tried to sell on eBay without success).

That is a old email and paypal would never send you one like that.

There are bank emails that do the same thing so never trust any of those email.

There is only one solution. Always access Paypal by typing in your browser www.paypal.com (and not by following a link from ANY email)
