You'd also do better by reading the ToS of any sites you join. Becoming a member just to post links to your own site is considered spam in most places, especially when you try to mask those links by implying that they're from a reputable source.

I assume this is just a copy and paste post? Anyway, a couple of flaws in the list.

3. Yahoo Answers are no follow and provide no SEO benefit.

13. PPC does not help SEO either.

Good post. But I don't agree with your 9th point.
There is no need of manual submission.
Get a backlink for your website and automatically, you will get indexed in the search engines.

Get a backlink for your website and automatically or submit it with software doen not make sure it is indexed or not
so i think it is better to do it manually
