2 months is a long time to be out of the rankings if your site has been back online. A site with a misspelling of yours should not effect you, as this is done by others all the time. At this point, you should probably submit a re-inclusion request to google. To do this, you will need to sign up for an account with google webmaster tools:

After you submit your request, your website will be reviewed by someone at google, they will probably look at the reasons why your site was delisted, and see if the situation has changed since that time. If it was only a matter of your website being offline for an extended period of time, then re-inclusion should not be a problem. However it is also possible that your website violated some of google's guidelines, which could be the real cause for removal from their index. Therefore, I would look over google's webmaster guidelines carefully before requesting re-inclusion. You can find the webmaster guidelines below:

You should pay attention to the "do's", but pay even more attention to the "don'ts". Remember, you are requesting google to reconsider allowing your website back in their index after they have already removed you for potentially unknown reasons, so you should make sure that you are up to their standards before submitting your request to improve your chances.
