Question Question:

OK, yes I realize this forum is titled "Photoshop" Tennis, but I was wondering if it could be revised to something like "Graphic Tennis" or something so those of us who only use Macromedia Fireworks, or simply prefer it, could also participate! Or else a second forum for Fireworks Tennis? You probably think I'm crazy, but I also enjoy this kind of thing and only have Fireworks!! Thanks for your consideration.

well photoshop is pretty much the design standard, and that's what the majority of people here use I think. You could always start your own thread in the photoshop tennis section that specifies that it's Fireworks tennis round, so that way people know what to expect.

I know of a great program that you can use instead of photoshop that can save to psd, and the very best thing is that its absolutely free! Not a trial either. The title of the program is Gimp. The official site is gimp.org, but the best site I know of to download and learn it is gimptalk.com. If you can do it in photoshop, it is most likely possible to do it in gimp. Please, before you disregard this program, try it out, and learn how to use it. I use it for photoshop tennis.
MODS: If this is against the rules, please PM me. It isn't in the rules you can't use it though...
Edit: Also, I just noticed the date of this thread. Somebody should start a new round.
