I used the following tutorial below to make a live brodcast from a laptop to a website

all works cool on my computer, I uploaded the receiver to my website and launch the broadcaster and connect it to the macromedia communication server...

However no matter what rtmp address (which I know nothing about) i cant seem to connect up to my broadcast...

Can anybody provide me with any help to this
