A lot of friends hoping to find a relatively good batch conversion tools, it can convert your favorite video into flv format and upload to website with a large number of people to share. but i dont know which tools can do it,who can help me

As a mac user,I personally use best video converter for mac
With it, you can convert among almost all video and audio formats such as MPEG1, MPEG2, MP4, 3GP, 3G2, AVI, Mpeg TS/TP (for HD Video) MOV, FLV, MP4, AVI.
It also support batch converter to save your convertion time.

well, the flash swf converter which i'm using is iwisoft swf to video converter, its batch conversion mode is so powerful that i can batch convert swf file to different file types !

I personally use Flash Video Encoder for all my homepage video conversion. It costs about $35 but it's completely worth it. It will convert convert almost all video formats, e.g.DivX, XviD, AVI, WMV, MPG, MPEG, MP4, M4V, FLV, 3GP, ASF, RM, RMVB, MOV, MOD, ASX, MKV, OGM, SVCD, VCD, VOB to FLASH Video (SWF, FLV) formats. . I used it to convert all my DVD rips from .avi to .flv for my site.

I find tool for you - VideoCharge Studio.
  1. It soft allows convert lot of video (any formats) to FLV use command line, or batch.

  2. Create HTML page and upload to FTP server for show/playback you video on Internet.

  3. Auto-Create Thumbnails for display on HTML page.

you can also use Wizard for quick start work with program.
