permissions question

Hi,

is the premissions configuration in the attached picture safe ?

I don't want people from outside being able to write into my files...

rmathus is an unknown quantity at this point
755 permissions are a little more than you actually need to get by. I'd go with 644 (-rw-r--r--) as it's a little more secure and really, that's all most of the files on a website need especially if no one should be writing to the file from the web.
