i go for scientific linux and just like centos theyre great in learning redhat.
i like the interface.

As has been stated by several people, whatever the distro, it can be skinned. So, looks should not be an important factor.
I have used Ubuntu (including the different flavors there such as Kubuntu, Xubuntu, Peppermint, and Mint), openSUSE, CentOS, ZenWalk, and Fedora. In my opinion, there is not a better version of Linux available than Fedora 13.

The Nicest looking distribution for me, would have to be Mandriva.

However, for user experience, it would be Ubuntu.

Neither qualify for nicest looking. They are however both good server operating systems.
