Attractive Webpages
So I am newer to web programming and fairly new to this site. I plan on making a website for a friend this summer and I want it to look good for my first site. I know there are lots of expensive programs out there like photoshop, dreamweaver etc that cost hundreds of dollars. Are there any good web banner, animation and such programs for significantly cheaper or free that I could use? One day I will probably buy the better programs especially if my site makes money, but for now I dont intend on buying such programs, any suggestions?

well, in order to make a decent website you will need to know html and css, which are basically the minimum requirements if u intend to make your site look good. also a good peice of software is GIMP. GIMP Stands For GNU Image Manipulation Program, Basically It Is The Same To Photoshop. If You Need Anymore Help Then Add Me On Msn At Retard-3000@hotmail.com
