Not sure how to word this.
How do I make the content of my page be in a box in the center?

Like, erm, lemme find an example.

Like this kinda.

See how all the stuff is in the middle, and there are two border type things on the outside?

Sorry for sounding like such a beginner or whatever, but I have no idea how to explain this.
