How to create a Link Bar (Like n4g's) - HTML Forums

I want to create a Link bar, just like n4g's. Look right at the top and you will see a grey bar with liinks. How do i go about doing this?

It appears to be just a straight line of text links, nothing fancy. At least, that's what I'm seeing in the code.

lol thanks for the answers, heres another question:

How do I get a never ending bar like it has on n4g? How how do I get it so its always there, no matter how much I zoom out of the n4g site (by decreasing browser font size) the bar is always there, right at the end of the browser sides.
