Can someone look at this page for me and tell me why some of my links change color after being visited but not all of them i am stumped.

I don't see any of the links changing colour, to be honest. Once I found the links, that is. Mystery-meat navigation isn't fun.

Now, there are a couple of things that could be causing your problem. 1) You have spaces in your filenames/pathnames. Not a good idea. Some browsers will choke on them and do weird things. 2) Some of your links are right up against the code, like this:

<a href="page.pdf">Content</a>

And some are seriously spaced out, like this one:

<a href="page.pdf"><img src="page.jpg"><br>

<br>

<br>

</a>

Not a good plan. Put the breaks after the link, not in it.
