Transparent tables

So I got my cool background image and I wish to add some tables in my website to enter my context in them. Thing is I'd like them to be transparent with a soft color so one could tell apart and see its a table and not single-colored\totaly transparent. Is it possible with HTML\CSS?
I thought of adding a 50% transparent white-colored image as a table background but my photoshop skills are really limited.
Anyone has a better option?

Thanks.

You do not need HTML or CSS. It is just a simple Photoshop trick. Just decrease the opacity.
