croping a round image im pretty sure cant be done..... I mean all images have a square or rectangular shape. But to get what you want done. Just delete the area around the round object and make it transparent. So when the object is copied into another image or anything it will be round. Let me know if that makes sense. Need anything else let me know.

I think I can help, but it depends on what program youre using, it can be done though. I use Adobe Photoshop 7 if you have that, any other adobe photoshop program is also fine

I have adobe photoshop 7. How do you select the background abd make it transparent? Also If there is a way to cut out the background around the round object please let me know. I designed a logo in a software that does not give me a transparent background or fit to item cut. Thanks.

I generally use a layer mask. User your preferred selection tool to select the area you want to make disappear, then go to Layer > Apply Layer Mask > Hide Selection (you can also select the area you want to still be visible, if that's easier, and use Reveal Selection instead).

As an added bonus, you can remove the mask later if you decide you wanted a different part of the object -- an option that's not available if you delete it (unless the delete's still in your history).

Try this to cut out the background -

1. Open your image in PS and double click on layer - "Background".A new layer dialog box will pop up, click on "OK"

2. Select magic wand tool and click on the background of the image which you want to remove. Then the background will be selected, after which go to "EDIT" menu and choose cut. That should remove the background and make it transperant.
