Need to create simple bullets and icons - HTML Forums

Occasionally I need simple, but customized images for a page/site. I wasted a lot of time looking through clip art sites, and always came up empty-handed.

I need triangles, circles and other simple shapes. I need to be able to specify the size and color of the shape. The file size should be as small as possible.

I don't want to learn Photoshop just to create these images. What simple/free tools are available to make these images? Better yet, is there a clipart site that has what I need?

If I cannot make or download the simple images, where can I find a web designer to do this work at a reasonable price?

You could try to use GIMP. It is very much like photoshop and free. Although there may be a learning curve that could take some time.
