Does anybody out there know the best animated banner maker? looking for one, but not for sure which one to use?

This has absolutely nothing to do with HTML or XHTML.

Take a look around for the relevant forum first, it saves the moderators some effort and keeps the boards clean.

If you want to animate images, try image ready, or even google some products.
