  • Styling <hr>

    I have Styled <hr> many times before, and for some reason. no matter what I do. , nothing changes. Does it have to do with it being a PHP file. I have a seperate css page.

    PHP Code:
    [<?php
    $pageTitle
    " Products";
    include(
    'inc/header.php');

    ?>

    <div class="container bgWhite">
    <div class="row">
    <div style="padding-top: 15px;">
    <div id="myCarousel" class="carousel slide" data-ride="carousel">
    <!-- Indicators -->
    <ol class="carousel-indicators">
    <li data-target="#myCarousel" data-slide-to="0" class="active"></li>
    <li data-target="#myCarousel" data-slide-to="1"></li>
    <li data-target="#myCarousel" data-slide-to="2"></li>
    </ol>

    <!-- Wrapper for slides -->

    We solved the problem. I did not use CSS. I did this.
    <hrstyle="background:#F87431;border:0;height:7px"/>
