    Hi there Brian,

my ESET NOD32 Antivirus is showing me this information - ( shown in the attached image ) -
    intermittently when visiting various forums.

Is this something that you should you be bothered about?

Or is ESET just being overzealous.

Here are couple of urls that replace those of the forums...
    1. http://bad url.......
    2. http://bad url......

    Hi there Brian,

are you not considering this to be a problem for HTML Forums?

      Hi there Brian,

this problem is not going away.
You have not replied to this thread, so am I to assume that you believe the problem
is not with "HTML Forums" but rather with my "ESET NOD32 Antivrus 7" program.

        Hi there Brian,

I am still getting periodical redirections to sites like this...
        http://adultfriendfinder.com/go/page...lpo_redirect=1
        ...when navigating HTMLForums.

        This is very strange.

I have checked my P.C. with "ComboFix", "RogueKillerX64" and "tdsskiller".

But nothing appears to be amiss.

Although no one else has mentioned or confirmed it, it only happens for
me at this site which makes me still believe that the problem is here.

Your comments would, of course, be most welcome.

          Same here coot,
I get redirected to adultfriendfinder sometimes too when clicking on latest posts.
Done multiple malware & antivirus scans and tested from a brand new laptop.

            Hi there Reiss,

thanks for the thumbs up on this problem.

This means that HTMLforums has been infected for at least six weeks now.

It is also strange that Brian has not commented or acted upon this thread.

Perhaps the allurements that are offered by...
            Adult Friend Finder
            ...have taken him from us.

I never thought it possible that our furry friend would have succumbed.

Fortunately, it seems that you and I are made of much sterner stuff and
have had the resolve to remain on duty, come what may.

this happened again today, only this time I was showing my boss something on HTML forums (from a different computer by the way) and was confronted by a naked woman!
              Most embarrassing

I'll try getting a hold of him. I'm not getting the pages you see.

It only happens to me when I click on 'latest posts' and it only happens once. Subsequent clicks does not yield the same result.
I don't think it's down to the individual PC either as I've tried it on multiple devices including a brand new laptop, so I can only assume it's server related.

<sigh> I *wish* I were on the Mac, coot. <huge sigh> The power supply died over a month ago and I have a friend with a spare PC to give me. <groan> So, I'm on Windozy7 on a PC and it's not responding to any of the commands I'm used to using. Cmd+s just doesn't save things like it used to. *lol*

                              Hi there Brian,

I haven't tested in all my browsers, but I can say that it happens in both Firefox an Chrome.

When it is going to happen, though, is not so easy to tell.
