  • Scaling down web page size

How do I get my web pages with images scaled down so as they are fully displayed on very small screens?

  • #2
Example: Try http://www.foxnews.com/ on a computer.....then on an iphone.

On the iphone the web page is scaled down and content is rearranged - how is that done? I get overlap.

It appears the website you pointed out has a separate mobile version as well, and a redirect script for visitors to the main site using mobile devices...
http://www.foxnews.com/ = main site when visited on computer.
      http://www.foxnews.mobi/ = mobile website.

Depending on the needs of each website would determine if it should have a separate website for mobile, or have one 'responsive' website. With a responsive website every visitor is actually seeing the same page, but it transforms to fit the screen. Here is an example of that:
      http://www.microsoft.com/

      .com .net $9.99 7.99 | .org .biz .mobi $6.99 5.39 | .info $1.99 1.59
