Trying to link a flash button - Action Script 3.0 - HTML Forums

I get no errors until I try to publish my button when it comes up with: "Error 1120: Access of unidentified property DPGbutton_btn"
Location: Frame 1, Line 3

This is the code I'm trying to put in to get my button to link to another page, I typed it all out myself.

HTML Code:

import flash.events.MouseEvent;
var link:URLRequest = new URLRequest ("http://www.google.ca");
DPGbutton_btn.addEventListener(MouseEvent.CLICK, clicky);
function clicky(event:MouseEvent):void {
	navigateToURL(link);
}

I know that the names match properly so that isn't the issue....
Could it be the different layers I have in my converted button??

Are you sure you're coding is on the same frame as the button? Is the buttons name the same as the one you are reffering it too? (AS3 is case sensitive)
