Question Nav Bar + Html Frames?

Hi,

I've got a Web project in the works, with the goal of using Flash with something like frames to change a large cut out, and I was wondering how I can make an upsidedown
L/C shaped Flash nav bar work with html frames.

basic shape outline:

======================================
---+------Flash Bar stuff ------------------------
======================================
======|
======|
======|
======|
======|
======|----------- html web page goes here -----------------
======|
======|
======|
======|
======|
======================================
======================================

I'm wondering if I can just have two frames (big box, little box) or if I have to
chop up my flash file into three pieces and make four frames.

If I do chop up my flash file into 3 swf files, how do I get all three
to work with each other?

I actually discovered the method is radically different than expected, and solved some problems. I'll still have to get rid of the scroll bars, but figured out if I chop up the navigation bar into 7 flash files, then the top menu buttons will change the navigation bar frame, while the navigation bar buttons will change the display menu.

<HTML>
<HEAD>
</HEAD>

<frameset cols="*,890,*" frameborder=0>
<frame name="leftFiller" src="vertical_filler.htm">

<FRAMESET ROWS="145,525,45" frameborder=0>
<!--maindraft is the top of the flash doc -->
<FRAME SRC="mainDraft.html">

<FRAMESET COLS="127,760" frameborder=0>
<FRAME SRC="vertical_filler.htm">
<!--these two are the button section and the "glow" is the html page -->
<FRAME SRC="glow.htm">
</FRAMESET>
<!--this one is the bottom of the flash doc -->
<FRAME SRC="vertical_filler.htm">

</FRAMESET>

<frame name="rightFiller"src="vertical_filler.htm">

</frameset>

<NOFRAMES>
Your browser cannot display frames.
</NOFRAMES>
</HTML>
