Exclamation Help!! Player on site

Help please. i am designing a website that contains a flash player. the thing is when i preview my site (not functional yet) the flash player goes invisible. i am not sure if this is normal or not. i am using dreamweaver if that matters.
HTML Code:
<object classid="clsid:D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000" codebase="http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=8,0,0,0" width="343" height="165" title="flash audio player">
          <param name="movie" value="flashSkinsaudioPlayer2.swf" />
          <param name="quality" value="high" />
          <param name="wmode" value="transparent" />
          <embed src="flashSkinsaudioPlayer2.swf" width="343" height="165" wmode="transparent" quality="high" pluginspage="http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash" type="application/x-shockwave-flash"></embed>
          </object>

Are you previewing your site on the server or your local drive? Are you sure the SWF is in the correct location?

It's tough to say without a page to look at. If it's showing up as completely blank, that generally means it can't find the file it's looking for. You've got the SWF and the webpage in the same directory, but it looks like the SWF you're calling is a player, which suggests that it's pulling in another SWF or an FLV. Make sure it's looking for those where you think it is.

Unless by "using Dreamweaver" you mean that you're looking at the page within Dreamweaver and the Flash is just showing up as a grey box. In that case, that's just what Dreamweaver does.
