If you want to take credit card orders (or pre-orders), what is the best merchant processing solution?
I've heard the PayPal and Google Checkout will freeze your funds if even a single person complains about your service to them.

We have our merchant account with cdgcommerce.com. No problems at all. We also used 2checkout in the past but had to switch over since its recurring payments were not compatible with our billing system.

Paypal is so widely accepted and most users feel safe with it, so I use that. Their rates aren't the best, but my volume isn't high enough to justify switching over to another processor, like one that has a high annual fee, but a low transaction percentage.
