I was just approved for a merchant account from AVPS Solutions. (http://www.avpsolutions.com) The integration was a bit different from using authorize.net or ibill but it went ok.

My question is, has anyone had any problems with an overseas merchant account? Please let me know.

If they are the same company that I might know - they should be pretty good for you. Changing merchant account processors is not easy, that's for sure. You get used to doing something one way & then it changes.
